The wine embodies a delicious, juicy, fruit driven character with plenty of fresh acidity. The French oak is seamlessly integrated, providing added texture and an appealing vanilla lift on the finish.  Enjoy in the short term to take advantage of the wine's youthful fresh flavour profile.
  • Our Sauvignon Blanc is a departure from the other wines in the portfolio. This Sauvignon Blanc is made in a riper style, avoiding overly herbaceous character often seen in the variety. It embodies a riper style of Sauvignon Blanc, and offers bright aromatic lift featuring gooseberry, pink grapefruit, quince and pear along with hints of honeysuckle and limestone notes. The palate is bright and spirited offering pronounced citrus, pear and passion fruit characters. A crisp acidity and lively minerality give the wine focus, line and length. This wine should be enjoyed whilst youthful and fresh. A style perfect for our summer.
