• The wine offers bright blueberry, cassis, mulberry and violet lift combined with subtle hints of cedar, tobacco and roasting herbs. The palate senses Black berry, red-currant and salted-plum flavours intermingled with red liquorice, cinnamon and a graphite-like minerality. The palate is long and balanced demonstrating great depth of fruit intensity, along with a fine-textured and well integrated tannin profile. Another fine cabernet in a long linage from the Estate. The drinking window now ajar, in line with winery regime of bottle ageing prior to release.
  • The wine displays a magnificent bright golden colour. A beautiful and gorgeous bouquet of white peach, citrus, melon and cashew is inviting to the nose. Complex aromas of ripe fruit, wet river stone and even hints of gunpowder extend further through the senses. The palate also displays a profound complexity, intense and with a creamy mouthfeel. A lingering persistence completes an exceptionally elegant expression of quality Margaret River chardonnay. The finest French oak is flawlessly integrated and balanced, in line with the winery extended bottle ageing regime.
  •   The wine displays intense and bright purple hues, inviting to the eye. A rich bouquet of plums, mulberries and rhubarb, is complimented by sophisticated characters of spices, cumin and pepper. On the palate, silky smooth tannins and drying vanillin oak wrap the luscious fruit, leading to a long and satisfying finish. An exceptional example of Margaret River shiraz, just entering the drinking window.
  • The nose is hugely complex, with cumquat, marmalade and dried apricot, candied orange peel, and nutty characters of cashews. The palate teases both sweet and bitter senses, and has been likened to lemon meringue pie. The palate is lively and fresh due to the acid structure which we believe will allow it to improve for 15 to 20 years. Careful French oak barrel maturation has produced a wine of balance and luscious complexity.
  • Aromatically the wine shows vibrant cantaloupe, citrus rind, and white stone fruit notes intermingled with hints of honeysuckle, mascarpone and cinnamon spice. The palate is focused yet textural. Grapefruit, peach and melon flavours are underlined with hints of almond meal, brioche and ginger. The finish is savoury and moreish. The finest French oak is flawlessly integrated and balanced, in line with the winery extended bottle aging regime.
  • Our Sauvignon Blanc is a departure from the other wines in the portfolio. This Sauvignon Blanc is made in a riper style, avoiding overly herbaceous character often seen in the variety. It embodies a riper style of Sauvignon Blanc, and offers bright aromatic lift featuring gooseberry, pink grapefruit, quince and pear along with hints of honeysuckle and limestone notes. The palate is bright and spirited offering pronounced citrus, pear and passion fruit characters. A crisp acidity and lively minerality give the wine focus, line and length. This wine should be enjoyed whilst youthful and fresh. A style perfect for our summer.
