All Heydon Estate wines are the product of single vineyards with fruit estate grown on our old Wilyabrup property in the heart of the Margaret River appellation.
This wine is 96% Shiraz and 4% Viognier from our old block of Shiraz and Viognier.
The 2012 vintage was terrific for reds with warm days and cool nights. Such is the quality and balance of our old blocks, full complex flavour development occurs whilst retaining the fruit intensity, classical long acidity and elegance that our wines are renowned for.
